RLC Summer Championships

Both AM and PM rounds for the RLC Summer championships (29 July 21) have now been finalised. PSA, Start Sheets for both rounds. It will be a two-tier start, held on the 1st and 10th. I will put a copy of your flight times and the COVID Track and Trace / attendance record sheet, within the entrance to the Club house. By signing this document, you have confirmed you have read the management plan, that will also be in the entrance. This needs to be completed before the players opening brief, held at 0730.

If there are any changes to players handicaps, please inform myself and update the golf card. One player is to mark the card both AM & PM round, confirming handicaps before play. All players are to sign the card at the bottom, after both rounds. Once signed, the card is to be deposited within the relevant AM and PM Golf Card box, within the club house.

You will be all happy to know that a breakfast role, with hot drinks are available, before your morning tee-off. lunch will be rolling, giving each player approximately 1 hour to enjoy their lunch, and prepare for the PM round.

Please make sure you arrive 10mins before your flight time. More importantly, you know what tee-box you are starting from (attached).

White tee boxes will be used for both rounds, and I will inform all of both Longest Drive & Nearest Pin holes, on the morning players brief.

Prize giving will be conducted at the Hartlepool club house, at approximately 1830hrs on the same day. The dress for presentations, will be your normal golfing attire.
