Evening all,
Just a quick post to remind/inform everyone of the process for minor and major events when using this Website.
When an event is created on this website for promotion, it will be followed by an email to all members of the website for you to RSVP with your availability. Please note, at this point you have not been selected for the event. In advance of the event, selections will be made from all who have RSVP'd and then if selected, you will be contacted by the Team/event Captain inviting you to play. Please do not make any payment before this point.
Alternatively, in the three main events (Spring, Summer & Autumn) entry is on a first come first served basis, therefore after being advertised, all those who RSVP are entered into the Competition until capacity is reached. All RLC Golf members will be notified by the website and Facebook page when all spaces for the event have been filled and that subsequent entries will go onto the reserve list.
